CSALT is hosting a trip to Williamsburg for anyone wanting to attend and Pastor Scot will be leading tours and devotion times over the 3 night 4 day adventure! It will be from Monday, October 7th through Thursday, October 10th.
The cost of the trip will include lodging, breakfast each morning, tickets to historical sites, and bus service. There are also optional side trips that you can purchase, including: golf, shopping, Jamestown and Yorktown historical sites.

A Deposit of $100 is due by October 4th.
Total Cost of trip is dependent upon your lodging.
Single Occupancy rooms: $500/person
Double Occupancy Rooms: $250/person

Monday:

8am - Leave The Gathering
2pm - Eat Lunch and Arrive in Williamsburg
2-6pm - Tour Williamsburg (buildings close at 5pm)
6pm - Time with Pastor Scot

Tuesday:

8am - Breakfast and prayer
9am - Tour Williamsburg (Lunch on your own)
1pm - Optional visit to Jamestown (additional $15)
6pm - Time with Pastor Scot

Wednesday:

8am - Breakfast and prayer
9am - Tour Williamsburg (Lunch on your own)
1pm - Optional visit to Yorktown (additional $15)
6pm - Time with Pastor Scot

Thursday:

8am - Breakfast and prayer
10am - Check out of hotel
11:30am - Arrive at Triple-R Ranch for tour and lunch
5pm - Arrive Home

Our schedule will be very flexible. With the Williamsburg bus schedule, you can move around at your leisure until 9pm. Besides breakfast, meals will be on your own whenever you want. We will try to arrange a meeting place each night for dinner if you want to join in. The optional activities are complete optional and include: shopping at the Prime Outlets or golf nearby. Transportation can be arranged for the optional activities.
